Payments:  We currently accept PayPal through our web site.  Payment is required at the time order is placed.

Shipping:  A flat shipping charge (plus tax) of $4.00 is added to all orders.  We apologize but we do not ship internationally.

Processing:  All items are custom made so please allow 10-14 days plus shipping time to receive your order.   If you are purchasing a "clothing upgrade" please allow additional time for processing of your order - see "clothing upgrade" page for additional delivery times.  We take pride in producing quality items with attention being focused on detail.   If you need an item sooner, please contact us and we will try to work with you to expedite your order. However, in some cases we can't compromise quality in order to expedite an order.

Returns/Exchanges: Since our items are personalized and custom made we cannot offer returns or exchanges for spelling errors or incorrect sizes provided by the customer. Please check your spelling and sizes and ask us if you need specific measurements.  We will  exchange an item if there is a spelling error on our behalf or a defect in an item.  All returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of an item.
